• All amounts are stated in Euros and include VAT.

• Prices for the whole apartment, not per person! Maximum occupancy is 6.

• Rent must be paid 100% 30 days prior to arrival.

• Reservation only confirmed when 30% down payment received.

• Included: electricity, water, taxes, 100 Mbps fiber Internet, digital TV, bed linens, bath towels, and even beach/terrace towels!

• Extra: weekly housekeeping fee of 100€ covers thorough cleaning, anti-Covid disinfection protocol, change of all linens and towels, laundry sanitization, technical equipment maintenance, check-in meet & greet and check-out inventory ; extra heating in winter beyond standard electricity consumption (please switch off fans/heaters when not at home).

• Early check-in and/or late check-out times possible by advanced request and subject to a 50€/hour flat fee per granted service.

• NB: Pets not allowed whatsoever, including emotional support animals, for health reasons (this is an allergy-free home).

• Photo ID and Security deposit will both be requested before arrival.

• Advice: contract travel insurance to cover any unexpected change of plans before/during/after your stay (better be safe than sorry!)
